We provide ADCC assay services to determine antibody ADCC activity against specified target cell lines. The assay service includes optimization of E/T ratios and measurement of ADCC activity at a series of antibody concentrations. Tests with PBMC cells from multiple donors can be requested.
Upon request, Eureka Therapeutics can conduct polymorphic genotyping of the donors' blood for position 158 V/F variations.
