Our cell line development capabilities include:
- Transfection of host cell line with expression vector DNA
- Screening of transfectants for single cell clones with high expression levels
- Characterization of stable cell clones (Concentration Analyses, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, FACS)
- Cryopreservation of stable cell clones
- Scale-up cell culture in bioreactor
- Purification of up to 1 gram of antibody, animal-study ready (DNA-free; endotoxin-free)
