Our cell line development capabilities include:

• Transfection of host cell line with expression vector DNA
• Screening of transfectants for single cell clones with desired expression levels (e.g. high, medium, low)
• Characterization of stable cell clones (Cell Lysate Analysis, FACS)
• Cryopreservation of stable cell clones
